5 Days Northern Tanzania Safari- Lodging

Day one: Moshi/Arusha to Tarangire National Park - You will be driving toward Tarangire National Park, it takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours to get there. Enjoy game drives and overnight at the Twiga Hotel or Fanaka Hotel. Expect to meet massive elephant, giraffe, zebra, hippo, groups of wildebeest, and many more.

 Day two: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park - Early in the morning after breakfast, drive toward Serengeti. You will arrive later in the afternoon. Enjoy a game drive in the park and overnight at the same hotels as day one. Here you will see crocodiles, groups of lions, elephant, zebra, giraffe, gazelle, warthog, hyena, and many more. Overnight at Osupuko Lodge.

 Day three: Serengeti - Today you will have a full day inside the park where you have enough time to explore many animals and nature. You can take as much time as you want to stop and take photos. If it is migration season, you are more likely to spot the wildebeest migration. Overnight at Osupuko Lodge.

 Day four: Serengeti to Ngorongoro - After breakfast, you will have a morning game drive inside Serengeti and return for early lunch. Then you will start on the transit game drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will be going to overnight on the rim of the crater. If you arrive early you will be able to see the crater views from your hotel. Overnight at Rhino Lodge.

 Day five: Ngorongoro Crater then Arusha - Early in the morning after breakfast drive into Ngorongoro Crater for game drive. You will need 5-6 hours to see everything you are supposed to see in the crater. After lunch around 2:00 pm you will start leaving the crater towards Arusha city or to your extensions.
