Half Day Table Mountain & City Tour

Your private tour guide will collect you from your hotel/accommodation in Cape Town at 08:30am.

You will start your tour with a historical background of the Portuguese and Dutch influence to give you a background of the origins of Cape Town's heritage. You will be driven along the Foreshore, as well as Heerengracht and Strand Streets while your guide narrates all the historical titbits and anecdotes. You will then be taken to the famous African Market in Greensquare where you can do some shopping if desired and also see the bustling city with hawkers selling their wares. If time allows, you'll be able to visit the District 6 Museum and Signal Hill. Finally you'll be taken up to the top of one of the 7 wonders of the world, TABLE MOUNTAIN, by cable car. If the cable car is closed due to high winds, your guide will take you either to Camps Bay or to Kirstenbosch Gardens where you'll be given a tour of the botanical gardens in all their splendour.

Finally at around 1pm your guide will drop you off at your hotel/accommodation, or if preferred at a restaurant of your choice or the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. This is a tour not to be missed as you'll get an overview of the historical and cultural wonders of Cape Town!
